Job summary

JIN SCM Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage onboarding/off-boarding, payroll, Work Pass applications, and policy implementation. You will support recruitment, draft HR documents, and handle employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma in HRM with 2–3 years of HR admin experience and knowledge of Work Pass procedures. West Singapore location; on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of HR admin and recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of Work Pass Applications, Renewals and Cancellations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Responsible for monthly payroll activities.
• Knowledge of Work Pass Applications, Renewals and Cancellations.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• CPF submissions.
• Prepare, draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents.
• Oversee recruitment process: postings, screening, interviewing, selection.
• Handle employee relations and act as liaison between management and staff.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
