Annexion Partners Pte Ltd seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and office administration for its Singapore team. You will ensure compliance with MOM rules, handle work passes, and support project teams across commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience in a project-based or construction-related setting, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience across HR operations and office administration.
• Experience within construction, interior fit-out, engineering, design & build or a project-based environment would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, MOM requirements and general HR compliance.
• Experience handling work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related employee documentation.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management, employees, project teams and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee and company information.
