TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations role to handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, training, work pass administration, and coordination of dormitory arrangements for foreign workers. You will also plan company events and oversee office facilities.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HR or related field with at least 2 years in foreign worker HR operations, and is proficient in HR software and MS Office. Multi-tasking and strong organization are important.

Competenze

• Diploma in HR or related field required.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in foreign worker administration.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, training, work pass administration, dormitory coordination, and office facilities management.
• Coordinate recruitment process and interviews.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM.
• Coordinate foreign worker dormitory arrangements.
• Coordinate training and renewals for workers (CSOC, Coretrade, etc.).
• Manage medical and WICA insurance matters and claims.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR operation records for reporting and monitoring.
• Plan and organize company events and activities.
• Oversee office and facilities maintenance (aircon, fire extinguishers, copier, etc.).
