Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, plus HR compliance under MOM regulations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with management, staff and external vendors to maintain HR policies and drive workforce

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive industry.
• Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; familiarity with BIPO is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, meticulous, able to manage multiple HR tasks independently.
• Ability to work with management, employees and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, compensation, employee benefits and insurance administration.
• Implement and administer performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee training, development and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management and workplace operations.
• Coordinate business travel, accommodation and related arrangements.
• Manage external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, including BIPO and other HR platforms.
• Provide hands-on HR advisory and support to management on employee relations, organisational matters and people-related matters.
