Job summary

BEAUTIFUL MUM SERANGOON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, payroll, and policy compliance at Gantral Mall, Singapore.

You will manage EP/SP/WP processes per MOM rules, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain employee records while supervising daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of local employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Experience in full-spectrum recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax submissions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
• Familiar with MOM Regulations (EP/SP/WP applications/renewals).
• 360 recruitments (drafting job ads, posting, sourcing, prescreen, onboarding, departure).
• Administer payroll operations, including monthly processing, CPF contributions, and yearly IR8A returns.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Supervise daily HR department operations.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate exit interviews to identify resignation reasons.
