Job summary

BEAUTIFUL MUM VIVO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to oversee HR policies, payroll, and end-to-end recruitment. You will manage employee records, ensure compliance with MOM regulations (EP/SP/WP), and handle employment lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position based at Gantral Mall, Beside Taiseng MRT.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and EP/SP/WP processes.
• Payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax submissions (IR8A).
• Record-keeping and compliance with employment laws.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
• Manage 360 recruitments from drafting ads to onboarding and lifecycle.
• Administer payroll operations, CPF contributions, and IR8A returns.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Supervise daily HR department operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Coordinate exit interviews to determine resignation reasons.
