Job summary

LIAN DONG CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator to maintain confidential employee records, liaise with government agencies, and manage claims and welfare matters. You will support regulatory compliance and ensure timely submissions in a fast-paced environment.

The role also involves assessing training needs, coordinating development programs, handling work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and performing ad-hoc duties as required to support operations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential personal information records to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Liaise with government agencies to facilitate regulatory compliance and timely submissions
• Administer workmen compensation claims, MOM reporting, and insurance claims to support employee welfare and legal adherence
• Assess employee training and development needs and propose relevant training programs to enhance workforce capabilities
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure legal employment status
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs
