Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Estate Manager (Customer Relations) to deliver quality housing services to HDB flat applicants and residents. You will assess eligibility for flat purchases, CPF housing grants, and HDB housing loans, and manage sale/resale transactions with attention to accuracy and customer care.

You will liaise with applicants, residents, solicitors, and agencies, and may supervise counter operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to communicate clearly with applicants and residents.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, CPF housing grants, and HDB housing loans.
• Process sale and resale transactions for HDB flats.
• Liaise with applicants/residents, solicitors, and relevant agencies to facilitate housing processes.
• May supervise counter operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications.
• Contribute to streamlining work processes for customers and staff.
