Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking an Estate Manager (Housing Eligibility Planning) to develop and enhance IT systems and e-services for flat purchase processes. You may rotate into a customer relations role, handling HDB flat transactions, credit assessments, and financial counselling.

We are looking for an analytical, organised team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Interact with applicants, residents, solicitors and relevant agencies daily.
