Job summary

• Deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership by assessing eligibility for flat purchases, CPF housing grants and HDB housing loans.
• Provide guidance on housing and financing decisions, process transactions, assess appeals and liaise with stakeholders.
• Liaise with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies; may supervise counter operations and process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications.
