Job summary

Housing and Development Board (HDB) invites applications for an Estate Manager to support the delivery of housing management services across HDB estates in Singapore. You will review and administer housing policies, handle mortgage financing matters, and manage lease issues including transfers, rentals, and monetisation options.

You will engage residents, work with multiple agencies, and use case data to generate insights to improve processes and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living.
• Manage mortgage financing matters and lease matters such as transfer of flat ownership, renting out flats and monetisation options.
• Assist in allocation and management of rental flats and car parks; advise owners and tenants on flat maintenance.
