Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats, guiding housing and financing decisions, and processing related transactions.

You will assess eligibility for new or resale flats, CPF grants, and HDB loans, liaise with applicants and legal partners, and handle appeals. Contract terms may include supervision of counter operations and grant processing.

Responsibilities

• Assess applicants' eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan.
• Provide guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions and process sale or resale transactions.
• Assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from eligibility conditions; prepare case reports and submissions.
• Liaise day-to-day with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
• Potentially supervise counter operations to ensure smooth service; process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications.
