Qualifications

• Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance administration or accounting.
• Experience with housing management systems for billing and reporting; StarRez is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data validation, formulas, lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer accurate and timely billing for residents, organisations and facilities; monitor payments and record them.
• Monitor aged receivables, issue payment reminders, and maintain financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and prepare financial reports.
• Process refunds and housing-related payments.
• Assign housing to students per allocation policies.
• Respond to residents and organisations on account and housing inquiries.
• Coordinate with offices across the university to resolve cases and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support operational activities including mass check-in/check-out and related duties.
