Job summary

HYUCO EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead boutique apartment and clubhouse cleaning operations in Geylang.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate outsourcing teams, and ensure rooms meet boutique hotel standards with rigorous inspections. • At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, checklists and basic Excel.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, mobile inspection tools and property management systems.

HIRING: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,200/month

Location: Geylang

Off Days: 8 days/month (Weekday off)

Working Hours:
Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00pm
Working hours may vary depending on operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced cleaning teams
• Ensure rooms meet boutique hotel standards

• Manage cleaning supplies and linen inventory

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in hotels, serviced apartments or boutique apartments
• At least 1 year of supervisory / management experience
• Housekeeping / Facilities Management experience is an advantage
• Familiar with staff scheduling, inventory management, checklists and basic Excel
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, mobile inspection tools and property management systems
• Experience managing third-party vendors is preferred
• Good English communication skills – spoken and written
• Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
• Experience in boutique hotels, serviced apartments or heritage / historic property cleaning management is preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible and good at communication

Ideal for candidates with strong housekeeping supervisory experience who enjoy managing operations and maintaining high service standards.
