You will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate outsourcing teams, and ensure rooms meet boutique hotel standards with rigorous inspections. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hotels, serviced apartments or boutique properties.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, checklists and basic Excel.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, mobile inspection tools and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for boutique apartments and clubhouses.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced cleaning teams.
• Ensure rooms meet boutique hotel standards.
• Conduct pre-arrival and post-checkout cleanliness inspections.
• Manage cleaning supplies and linen inventory.
• Implement and improve SOPs, checklists and work processes.
• Arrange staff schedules and monitor performance.
• Coordinate cleaning, laundry and pest control vendors.
• Train and guide junior housekeeping staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
