Job summary

9CO CITIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on housekeeping operations lead to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will monitor the PMS, organize workflows, and manage vendor relationships to support maximum occupancy without delays.

Responsibilities include leading staff briefings, inspecting rooms, coordinating schedules, and maintaining inventory with the Back of House Manager. A proactive, communicative team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant housekeeping or operational experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take on varied responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the PMS continuously to organize and optimize daily and weekly housekeeping operations.
• Lead daily briefings and operational meetings to train outsourced staff and assign tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms for arrivals, verify room status, and resolve discrepancies to maintain readiness.
• Organize team schedules and prepare daily housekeeping reports to track performance.
• Serve as liaison with laundry, cleaning, and pest-control vendors for timely service.
• Lead the room attendant team to reduce staff turnover through teamwork.
• Report vendor compliance issues to ensure quality and punctuality in cleaning.
• Coordinate shift coverage and adapt to day-to-day needs.
• Manage inventory by checking, tracking, and ordering supplies with the Back of House Manager.
• Support monthly linen and supply inventories to maintain stock levels.
