St. Regis Hotels in Singapore seeks a diligent Housekeeping associate to manage room status, coordinate daily housekeeping activities, and liaise with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry. The role supports operations by resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely cleaning of rooms according to standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work standing for long periods. No supervisory duties are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Run sold room reports and verify room status.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Act as liaison to coordinate Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms.
• Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by required times and manage rush rooms.
• Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
