Job summary

ST. REGIS HOTEL SINGAPORE is seeking a capable Housekeeping Coordinator to run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning, and update statuses for departing guest rooms.

You will assist Housekeeping management in coordinating daily activities and act as a liaison to align efforts across Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry. You will document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk and prepare room assignments for staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status and prioritize room cleaning.
• Assist Housekeeping management in coordinating daily activities and act as liaison with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and manage Do Not Disturb lists.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and ensure timely cleaning of vacant dirty rooms.
• Complete required Housekeeping paperwork and follow all safety procedures.
