Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Proactive, meticulous and able to perform strenuous activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide Room Attendants to maintain highest cleanliness standard.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Guide junior staff and new hires to follow SOPs and company policies.
• Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks for efficient turnover of rooms.
• Conduct daily briefings and maintain effective department communication.
• Handle lost and found items per SOP and manage floor pantry supplies.
• Motivate housekeeping team to sustain cohesiveness.
• Inspect equipment and cleaning machinery twice daily for proper function.
• Check rooms using inspection checklist and report maintenance needs.
