Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or corporate accounts.
• Proficient in telemarketing and hotel visits.
• Familiar with PMS/CRM systems.
• Professional grooming and presentation of hotel products and services.
• Ability to manage accounts and inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and establish new accounts to grow client base.
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through sales calls and regular site inspections.
• Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly.
• Provide timely updates to superior and team on activities and market information.
• Review account portfolio regularly and present analyses to management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/SOPs.
• Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue.
