Job summary

MARINA BAY SANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations associate to support daily room management and reporting in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will process information, prepare reports, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth room assignments and timely maintenance actions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in housekeeping, strong English communication, and a customer-service oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Housekeeping Operations experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to give clear instructions over the phone.
• Ability to obtain and use equipment and materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Forwarding and receiving information pertaining to the department.
• Receive, record, and distribute various reports/information.
• Prepare assignments for morning/evening room attendants.
• Prepare Housekeepers daily reports.
• Coordinate with GR's room controller for unassigned, rush, and reassigned rooms.
• Liaise with floor supervisor and manager for rush rooms.
• Monitor room statuses and discrepancies daily.
• Enter accurate room status into the system and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain administrative data, key control, and lost property.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance requests.
• Interacts with all levels of Team Members; English-speaking environment.
