Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update departure room numbers.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document issues with discrepant rooms and resolve with Front Desk.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Monitor the Do Not Disturb list and ensure timely cleaning of vacant dirty rooms.
• Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
