Job summary

The Fullerton Hotels is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to coordinate closely with all departments, particularly sourcing goods for food and non‑food categories. You will review requisitions, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in hospitality, familiarity with SAP and Ariba, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Hospitality with at least two years of related experience.
Familiarity with SAP and Ariba would be advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders.
Hardworking and meticulous with a positive learning attitude.
Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Review items to be purchased and ensure knowledge about their use.
Ensure timely supply of goods with lead times considered for procurement.
Process and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and stewarding lists.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper approval workflows and signing.
Liaise with Accounts and Receiving to resolve problematic invoices in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies & Procedures and uphold AVL.
