• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate procurement across all departments, focusing on food and non-food categories.
• Review purchase requisitions and ensure knowledge of their use.
• Ensure timely supply considering lead times for procurement.
• Process and track purchase requisitions, orders, contracts, and stewarding lists.
• Maintain conformity to standards and ensure proper signing of documents.
• Liaise with Accounts and Receiving to clear problematic invoices in a timely manner.
• Advise departments on suppliers, delivery, sustainability, and procurement processes.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
