Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises in line with internal policies. You will coordinate tender documents, vendor communications and evaluation materials, and perform data-driven cost analyses to support procurement decisions.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality or related fields, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises, including RFQs and formal tenders, in line with internal procurement policies.
• Coordinate in the preparation of tender documents, vendor communications, submissions and evaluation materials.
• Carry out price comparison, data analysis and cost summaries to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, trackers and sourcing data for management review.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support procurement activities.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, clarifications and documentation matters.
• Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing vendor management activities, including compliance and documentation checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, including process standardisation and data accuracy.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally
