Job summary

DUSTAWAY SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Assistant to support the Hotel department’s daily activities and supervise field tasks in collaboration with the operation manager.

You will liaise with HR for manpower planning, help develop KPIs, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints. The role requires flexibility to travel islandwide and work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work islandwide locations and travel between sites.
• Willing to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation manager to supervise daily operation and activities for Hotel department.
• Liase with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• communicate HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.
• Assist Operation manager to develop and improve KPI’s
• Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
• Any other duties assigned by directors
