• Able to work islandwide and visit multiple locations daily.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations manager to supervise daily operation and activities for Hotel department.
• Liaise with operations manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Communicate with HR Department for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interviews.
• Assist operations manager to develop and improve KPIs.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
