Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations across F&B, Front Office and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee service delivery, team performance, hygiene standards, and event setup.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams for timely communication and readiness.
• Manage check-in/check-out, Service Centre operations, VIP arrivals, and requests.
• Monitor lobby presentation, grooming, and concierge functions including transport and tours.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly.
• Supervise security shift activities and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Brief security teams on VIPs, events, and high-risk zones; participate in drills.
• Review incident reports and assist with emergencies and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and logs for management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
• Support training and onboarding of new employees through OJT.
