Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily operational matters to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain consistency of preparation and presentation according to hotel standards.
• Ensure hygienic and safe storage, preparation and cooking of food.
• Prepare mise-en-place and follow procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene, dress and body language to high standards.
• Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
