Job summary

24PS ST PROPERTY PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Pre-Opening Lead to drive the technology setup for a new hotel, coordinating network deployment, system implementations and vendor handovers.

You will ensure readiness of Opera PMS, POS, telephony and front/back-office systems for opening and guest experience readiness. The role requires 5+ years in hotel IT operations, strong Opera PMS knowledge, project and vendor management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel IT operations with leadership or management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS, hospitality systems, networks, hardware, software, databases, and system integrations
• Experience managing technology projects, system implementations, and vendor relationships
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT pre-opening workstream by managing technology infrastructure setup, systems implementation, network deployment, testing, user readiness, and operational launch planning
• Coordinate installation, configuration, integration, and handover of hotel technology systems including Opera PMS, POS, telephony, TV, Wi-Fi, back-office systems, and interfaces
• Collaborate with Corporate IT, vendors, and project teams to ensure all technology systems are fully operational and ready for opening
• Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Opera PMS and other core hotel systems to ensure smooth operations
• Support implementation and adoption of smart hotel technologies and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
• Coordinate system upgrades, software enhancements, and resolve technical issues with vendors and corporate IT teams
• Ensure technology security, data protection, and compliance with company standards and policies
• Provide technical support and deliver training to hotel team members across departments to enhance system usage and knowledge
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external partners to maintain service quality and support
