Job summary

Ocean Finest PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Operations professional to maintain its infrastructure and security across hotels and head office. You will manage servers, networks, and software, ensure backups, and support both hotel staff and central staff.

Responsibilities include installation/configuration, user account management, and collaboration with vendors to keep PMS and Keycard systems running smoothly. A strong focus on data protection and service reliability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT operation experience with at least a professional certification, ITE/Poly or degree may apply.
• Knowledge in MS Windows Servers and MS SQL administration.
• Familiar with installation, configuration and administration of supporting systems, servers and network equipment.
• Strong analytical with good troubleshooting ability.
• Team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure.
• Ensure confidentiality and reliability of data, information, and intellectual property.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and software for hotels and head office.
• Provide installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, network appliances and software.
• Manage user accounts and prepare laptops/desktops for new staff.
• Provide application and infrastructure technical support to hotel staff and head office employees.
• Develop simple troubleshooting checklists for hotel staff to follow before contacting IT or vendors.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to implement PMS and Keycard systems on schedule.
• Support IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect data and systems.
• Ensure antivirus software is up-to-date on all PCs and laptops.
• Perform daily data and network backups; document IT procedures and configurations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
