Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable customer service to employees and clients.
• Assist Facilities Management in the delivery of soft services.
• Maintain premises including designated financial, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management.
• Develop sound working relationships with client representatives, suppliers and team members.
• Be the voice of the user by listening and addressing requests and feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage subscriptions and communications.
• Support helpdesk activities and ensure tickets are logged and followed up.
