Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites undergrad interns to join the Guest Services Team, delivering first impressions to arriving guests and assisting with luggage handling, arrival and departure. You will work closely with the Valet and Bell Captain teams to ensure a seamless welcome and a memorable stay.

The role requires a full-time, matriculated student, ability to work weekends and holidays, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a full‑time matriculated student. Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Accomplish Day to Day Operations
• Prepare workstation at the start of shift and ensure all equipment and required work materials are in order
• Up to date with internal promotions and be familiar with local events
• Provide appropriate recommendations to enhance guest stay
• Attend to guests on arrival and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
