Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is offering a Hospitality Operations Intern program designed to give hands-on exposure across minibar, laundry, linen, and floral guest services within our luxury operations in Singapore.

You will rotate through key service areas, learn Opera PMS postings, coordinate guest experiences, and support the team with organisation and proactive customer service during weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be a full-time matriculated student.
• Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through minibar, laundry, linen, and floral service areas to gain hands-on experience.
• Ensure accurate minibar postings in Opera and maintain stock levels.
• Assist with guest requests, liaising with team members to uphold service standards.
• Support cost tracking and daily operational tasks across hospitality operations.
