Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting a Junior Sales Coordinator in Singapore. You will develop and maintain relationships with hotel clients, promote hotel amenities, and coordinate sales activities from office and on-site client interactions.

You will manage orders, prepare invoices and quotations, and support sales targets while balancing indoor administrative tasks with outdoor client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent, with 1-3 years of Administrative, customer service, sales experience
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or product supply will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
