Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administration Executive in Singapore to manage hotel client relationships and drive sales for the company’s hospitality products.

The role balances office tasks with significant outdoor/client-facing activities, aiming to meet sales targets and support business growth. Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, a hospitality or product supply background, and familiarity with Salesforce or SAP to streamline client interactions and invoicing

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Hospitality industry or product supply experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable with both office-based admin work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
• Spend 50% of time on indoor/office work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.
