Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Executive to develop and nurture relationships with hotel clients, promoting the company’s amenities and products. You will handle inquiries, quotes and orders, and coordinate sales activities to ensure smooth fulfilment.

This role involves a balanced mix of indoor office tasks and outdoor client-facing activities, with a 9am–6pm schedule from Monday to Friday, and a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Administrative, customer service, sales experience.
• Hospitality industry or product supply experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with office-based and outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s hotel amenities and products.
• Handle inquiries, quotes, and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare invoices, quotations and other sales documents.
• Spend 50% time in office and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and support business growth.
