Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage client relationships with hotel partners across Singapore. You will drive sales, promote our range of hotel amenities and ensure accurate order processing from inquiry to delivery.

Based in Jurong East, the role combines office administration with outdoor client-facing activities, requiring proactive communication and a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry knowledge is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
