Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin Support in Singapore to build and maintain hotel client relationships, drive sales, and coordinate orders. The role blends office administration with outdoor client-facing activities across a dynamic hospitality-products environment.

You will understand client requirements, recommend suitable products, and ensure timely delivery while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Hospitality industry or product supply experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with both admin work and outdoor client activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
