Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage hotel client relationships across Singapore.

Based at Jurong East, you will work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, driving sales of the company’s hotel amenities and products. You will balance office duties with outdoor client-facing activities and contribute to achieving sales targets. Qualifications

GCE O-Level or equivalent required.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Experience in hospitality or product supply is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
