Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Admin & Sales Executive to connect with hotel clients across Singapore, promoting the company’s hotel amenities and coordinating orders. You will prepare invoices, quotations, and other sales documents while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role blends office tasks with outdoor client-facing activities, requiring a GCE O-Level or equivalent. Hospitality or product supply experience is a plus, and SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Hospitality or product supply experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable with both admin and outdoor client-facing work.
• GCE O-Level or equivalent required.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
