Job summary

Worldwide Hotels (WWH) is seeking an IT leader to ensure smooth tech operations across the hotel group. You will oversee PMS configurations, network upgrades, security controls, and privacy governance to comply with PDPA standards. You will work with operations to minimize guest disruption and drive digital transformation.

You will mentor IT staff, manage projects end-to-end, and align technology with sustainability goals across multiple properties in Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science required.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure in hospitality.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or cloud-based PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical configuration, testing and rollout of PMS solutions.
• Oversee upgrade, migration and maintenance of network gear and servers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Manage IT projects within scope, time and budget.
• Provide guidance to IT staff to ensure uptime and security.
• Implement security protocols to meet franchise standards and PDPA compliance.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption.
• Support digital transformation through process improvement and tech adoption.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the group.
