Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales & Revenue role to promote the restaurant’s menu, events, and catering services. You will build relationships with corporate clients, respond to inquiries, and close deals while coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Ideal candidates have catering sales or event planning experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering sales or event planning is required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and hospitality tech is preferred.
• Proven sales track record in hospitality or restaurant sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote restaurant menu, events, and catering services.
