Job summary

GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL SINGAPORE is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Coordinator to support the events team on weddings, corporate functions, and hospitality experiences. You will manage bookings, prepare proposals, and assist with event details from menus to seating plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Hospitality or Business with strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills. The role requires client-facing duties, coordination of deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review and update bookings in the 14-day forecast; submit to operations before the catering meeting.
Prepare event orders and circulate amendments daily.
Prepare proposals for weddings and corporate/non-corporate enquiries.
Assist sales managers with event requirements (menus, tastings, place cards, reservations, passes).
Handle walk-in guests and assist with last-minute events for in-house guests.
Answer department hotlines and manager calls; guide guests on packages and pricing.
Maintain stationery, business cards, and wedding invitations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
