Qualifications

• Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Prior related working experience.
• ACLP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed academic and lesson plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer during training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with facility management to maintain smooth training operations.
• Deliver and manage classroom and practical training sessions that engage learners and fulfill curriculum objectives.
• Assess and grade assignments, practical evaluations, and assessments to measure and track student progress.
• Design course schedules and curriculum content aligned with training standards and industry requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to enhance their skill development throughout the learning journey.
• Continuously evaluate and update training content based on student feedback and emerging industry trends.
