Job summary

The School of Hospitality is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training) to deliver planned CET programmes to adult learners in Singapore. You will design curricula, deliver courses, supervise modules and update training materials, while maintaining records and reporting outcomes to management.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, education or consultancy, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant hospitality, education, or consultancy experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating curricula for adult CET learners.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned CET programmes on weekdays, weeknights, or weekends.
• Perform curriculum development and lesson design in multiple subjects.
• Deliver training materials and update manuals and videos.
• Maintain training records and report outcomes to management.
• Provide assessment grading and invigilation.
