Job summary

Republic Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking an experienced lecturer to design and deliver curriculum and training programmes across hospitality and F&B disciplines. You will assess students, coach and mentor, and collaborate with industry for up-to-date practices.

As part of the ACE, you will lead continuing education courses, participate in research projects, and contribute to diploma and industry events, with potential after-hours sessions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Singapore and regional F&B industry.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams.
• Good written, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and deliver pre-employment training and continuing education curriculum.
• Deliver training for adult learners and assess students as individuals and in teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to students.
• Participate in research, industry projects and diploma-related events.
• General administration and procurement duties.
