Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Singapore and regional F&B industry.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Good written, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A self-starter, agile learner and take personal interest in coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pre-employment training curricula across F&B domains.
• Deliver training for adult learners in continuing education space (evening sessions possible).
• Assess students both individually and in teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to learners.
• Participate in research, industry projects and diploma events.
• Handle general administration and procurement duties.
