Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in hotel operations, corporate operations, project management, hotel pre-opening or property takeover.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and the interdependencies between property departments and corporate functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams, coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive deliverables through to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with the capability to translate operational requirements and data into practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise management papers, corporate memos, business proposals and executive presentations.
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to consider operational, financial and guest-experience implications when developing recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, structured and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, action trackers, status reports and other project governance tools.
• Coordinate stakeholders across corporate functions and properties to resolve issues, manage dependencies and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor milestones, risks and outstanding actions and elevate material issues where appropriate.
• Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking to support project recommendations and management decision-making.
• Prepare clear and concise management updates, presentations and reports on key initiatives and implementation progress.
