Job summary

24PS ST PROPERTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead pre-opening sales activities for our Singapore hotel, including account acquisition, market positioning, sales strategy development, and pipeline generation.

You will develop and execute the hotel's global sales strategy to maximise revenue growth and market share across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Consortia, and other segments. Collaborating with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations, you will manage budgets,

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales pre-opening activities, including account acquisition, market positioning, sales strategy development, team mobilization, and business pipeline generation
• Develop and execute the hotel's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
• Lead sales activities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Consortia, and other key market segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and strategic stakeholders
• Partner closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximise commercial performance
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to support business objectives
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Sales team
• Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities
